Greenhouse Project
At Home of Blessing, we are working toward becoming a self-sustaining home—and a greenhouse is key to that vision.
By growing fresh fruits and vegetables on-site year-round, we can reduce travel, lower costs, and provide consistent, healthy food for the girls. It also creates opportunities for them to learn valuable life skills through farming and stewardship.
This project supports long-term sustainability, safety, and daily care.
Apartments Project
This year, Home of Blessing is preparing to break ground on on-site apartments for graduates, staff, and visiting teams.
As the Home grows, so does the need for safe, stable housing. These apartments will give graduates a place to return during transitions, allow teams to stay on-site and fully engage, and support staff serving long-term.
More than housing, this project creates lasting connection, stability, and a true sense of home beyond graduation.
Bathroom Remodel
At the Home of Blessing, 130 girls currently share a single bathroom facility that is in urgent need of complete renovation. The space has been impacted by black mold, deteriorating infrastructure, and outdated sanitation systems—including ground-level toilets and rotting storage areas.
This project is about more than a remodel—it’s about restoring health, dignity, and safety. By rebuilding this essential space, we can provide clean water access, proper sanitation, and a secure environment where every girl can feel cared for and respected.

Farm Animal Project
For the safety of the girls at Home of Blessing, our goal is to create a fully functioning farm on-site—so their daily needs can be met without having to leave the Home.
Currently, we have only two pigs, which is not enough to support the needs of over 100 girls. Building a working farm would provide a reliable, sustainable food source while creating a safer, more stable environment.
A farm allows us to:
Reduce the need for frequent travel off-site
Ensure consistent access to fresh, nutritious food
Lower long-term food costs
Teach the girls valuable life skills and responsibility
Create a sense of ownership, purpose, and connection to their home
This project is about more than food—it’s about safety, sustainability, and empowering the girls with skills they can carry into their future.

Classroom Project
At Home of Blessing, our girls spend hours each night working on school assignments—but without a proper place to learn, it can be challenging to stay focused.
We have a space ready to become a classroom. With desks, supplies, and a dedicated environment, we can give the girls a place where they can truly concentrate, grow, and feel proud of their education.
This small change will make a lasting difference in their confidence and success.
