Nikki is a mom of two wonderful sons and the baker behind Nikki’s Bake House. 🤍

Nikki’s Bake House began when she became a mom and knew she wanted to be at home to care for her child. Baking started as a joyful hobby that brought peace during a new season of life. She often shared her baked goods with her husband’s office, and before long, people began asking if they could buy them—especially her soft cookies. That simple moment became the beginning of Nikki’s Bake House.

Over the past five years, Nikki believes the Lord has faithfully guided and provided throughout this journey. By His grace, the menu has grown from cookies to custom cakes, cupcakes, wedding cakes, and many other desserts. Nikki’s Bake House is especially known and loved within the expat and international community in Chiang Mai, including many missionaries—some of whom have become dear friends.

Today, Nikki’s Bake House is still a small team—just Nikki and her husband—but they are preparing to grow and hire help as they take the next step forward.

Nikki’s dream is to expand into a studio and café: a welcoming, Christ-centered place where people can gather, connect, and feel at home. She also hopes to provide safe, meaningful job opportunities—especially for the graduated girls from the Home of Blessing—supporting them with a healthy Christian work environment and caring community.
